88-2022 SOW 1 ICT Business Analyst
The Business Analyst is accountable under broad direction to perform and achieve complex ICT business analysis work within an integrated workforce. The service provider will provide detailed ICT business analysis technical, professional and policy advice in relation to complex work and contribute to strategic planning, program and project management and policy development. The service provider will have considerable level of stakeholder engagement and will liaise with stakeholders in relation to complex issues. The Business Analyst will be required to identify, anticipate and respond to stakeholders' needs and expectations.
Start date: On or after 1 July 2022
Initial Term: 12 or 24 Months from commencement
Part time arrangements: May be considered
Clearance: TSPV or have held TSPV in past 12 months

Major Responsibilities:
- Build and sustain relationships and liaise with a range of stakeholders including other teams, peers and colleagues across Australian Signals Directorate and other organisations to develop strategies and evaluate business outcomes to meet day to day requirements.
- Investigate business needs, problems and opportunities and contribute to business improvements by working collaboratively with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Analyse stakeholder objectives and the underlying issues arising from investigations into business needs, problems and opportunities.
- Manage and undertake strategically coordinated change management activities. Collaborate with other program team members to identify and manage change and improvement opportunities and support them in their understanding of change management best practice, policies and procedures.
