ICT Desktop Support Technician
Cleared ICT are looking for x1 Desktop Support Analyst, for our client a major IT provider based in Adelaide SA.

You must have an NV2/NV1 Security Clearance.

If you have Level 1 Level 2 IT skills and knowledge and have the required security clearance, contact us ASAP.

This role is a 12- month contract with possibility to extend further.

Essential criteria

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within and across teams
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Adaptable to new and changing/evolving processes and procedures
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
• Experience working in technical support or customer support environment
• Experience working with Microsoft Products, including Windows Operating Systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in supporting iPhones and iPads
• The ability to Communicate with maturity, discretion and influence when dealing with clients and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to respond with assistance to general enquires and requests from internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to contribute and promote a client focused culture within the team
  Security clearance
  Must have negative vetting level 1 clearance minimum NV2 preferred.
