Information and Records Officer NV1 Perth DOD

Cleared ICT are currently looking to speak to AGSVA Cleared NV1 Records Management Officer at the Department of Defence for upcoming 24-month contract requirements based in Rockingham.

In this role, you will:

• Agency must have ITAR, and the successful applicant will have the ability to gain and maintain security clearance at Secret level.

• Information and Records Management Officer will coordinate and contribute to the work of a team consistent to a work plan and provide advice and assistance on methods of task completion to team members.

• Information and Records Management Officer may be required to engage and communicate with stakeholders to identify, respond, and provide advice on issues to achieve work unit and Defence outcomes.
• Coordinate and perform information and records management activities in accordance with the Archives Act 1983, relevant legislative and Defence policies, and procedures.

• Prepare security classified information material in accordance with Defence requirements.
• Implement information and records management policies and procedures to physical and electronic records.
• Review and advise on governance requirements and maintain currency and integrity of information and record management systems.

• Coordinate and when required supervise the work of others undertaking a range of information and records management activities and tasks.

As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance.
