Role
The Office is seeking a motivated and organised individual to fill the role of a GHO4 Project Administrator. You will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly support and project administration to the Project Managers in the Project Implementation Cell. The duties will include organising travel, procurement, budget tracking, contribution to reports and taking meeting minutes.

Duties
· Provide project administration support to the Project Implementation cell including travel, projects planning, procurement, budgets, purchasing, asset management.
· Under the guidance of the Project Manager perform duties including organising travel, preparing procurement documentation, budget tracking, researching and drafting project documentation including business cases and project reports.
· Maintain confidentiality and use a high degree of discretion and sensitivity in all interactions.
· Be proactive in following up of issues and tasks and ensure they are handled in a timely fashion.
· Assist in meeting set-up and arrangements, minute taking and preparation of meeting papers, as required.
· Work collaboratively and operate as an effective team member and provide constructive feedback.
· Other project administration duties as directed
Selection Criteria
· Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook.
· Strong administrative skills with a high attention to detail.
· Demonstrated good written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, particularly liaison and representational skills.
· Proven time management skills and flexibility to undertake a range of tasks and meet deadlines with strong customer focus.
· Experience working effectively in a team environment, maintaining strong and effective relationships, proactively collaborating and sharing information to accomplish objectives within challenging timeframes.
· Desirable: Experience working in a project, office or corporate environment.
Special Requirements
All positions at the Office of the Official Secretary to the Governor-General are prescribed and the successful applicant will need to pass and maintain a police check and security clearance at the Baseline level.
