Cleared ICT are currently supporting agencies within the national intelligence space, who are looking to engage TSPV resources for long term contract positions in Canberra.

We are looking to speak to Project Support Officers, across all levels. The Role:

  • The Project Support Officer is accountable under general direction to provide effective administration and support to a technical Information Communications and Technology (ICT) projects.
  • The Project Support Officer will work independently to undertake a range of administrative tasks including maintaining Risk Registers, Program and Project sites and configuration management of project artefacts within the team.
  • The Project Support Officer will take responsibility for the provision of support services to projects, use and recommends project control solutions for planning, scheduling and tracking projects whilst supporting programme or project control boards, project assurance teams and quality review meetings.
  • The Project Support Officer that has a proven history of working in complex projects and contributing to the organisational capability within the project.
  • The successful candidate will be required to work cohesively and communicate effectively with other project team staff and stakeholder groups.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of the Project Management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated administration and organisational skills within Defence's Desktop Environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in the management of project governance board engagements.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Maintain program and project Risk Registers; including regular reviews and updates; advising team members if they have been nominated to execute risk treatment; and facilitating project risk workshops.
  • Maintain project documentation including establishment of a document library and control methods for finalised project documents. Ensure that all final documents meet audit requirements and are easily retrievable.
  • Implement stakeholder communication plans, enhancing customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Provide administration support including schedule maintenance, monthly reporting, and resource management.Provide general administrative support including management of project record keeping requirements and systems; secretariat support for project meetings and forums and other communications.
  • Provide complex office and administrative support to the Program Office.

Due to the nature of the work, you will need to hold a current or inactive TSPV Clearance. This is non-negotiable. Canberra based, with limited travel required within Australia.
